NJ sisters killed trying to rescue father from house fire on Thanksgiving

The deadly Orange Township fire started around 5 p.m., investigators said. Witnesses said they saw "enormous" flames coming from the Mosswood Avenue home and alerted authorities. NJ Transit bus slams into pole on Thanksgiving in South Jersey

The bus crashed at 9:45 a.m. Thursday on Broad Street at Taylors Lane in Cinnaminson, the township fire department reported on Facebook. The bus was empty and the driver wasn't hurt, the fire department said. The bus and pole were severely damaged, the post said. The road was closed for five hours, according to the fire department. Snow chances updated in new forecast maps for winter storm Tuesday in N.J.
