The popular sub sandwich chain will open at 10 a.m. on Nov. 5 at The Plaza, 11 Court House South Dennis Road, according to Jersey Mike's website. "I'm really excited and nervous. This has been a three year process," said Brian Valois, owner and general manager of the new Jersey Mike's He said a ribbon cutting ceremony will he held at 9 a.m. The building previously was occupied by a T-Mobile store. The new location sits next to an Acme supermarket and Urgent Care facility. The Middle Township School District has also planned a fundraiser.
